We are a small team who like you have suffered some form of abuse, whether it is sexual, verbal or domestic

How can you help me?

Although we cannot give you professional help or legal advice, we can listen, we wont judge you and we know how you feel, so we understand what you are going through

What if I cannot contact you?

Our site is moderated between 9am and until at least 11pm.

What if my problem isn't mentioned on your site?

Very many abused people suffer other problems, alcohol problems, eating disorders, self harming and so much more. This site will cover problems relating to abuse as well.

Is the help just for women?

No is the simple answer. Men, women and children are abused every day

Can you offer medical advice?

Unfortunately we cannot offer medical advice

Do I have to pay you?

No, there is no charge for our site, however, our site does have running costs, so we gratefully accept a donation, however small the amount
